Only inside IIT Bombay campus customers can access this bank directly because this bank baranch is comepletly inside IIT Bombay campus. Better customer care support compared to SBI branch IIT Bombay. Inside IIT peoples easily accessible bank compared to SBI branch which is at Main Gate of IIT Bombay.

It's been near about two months since I have submitted all the documents to open an account. I am waiting for my account to open till now. I was trying to open an NRO account but while I pay a visit to the branch before lock-down they told me that due to some changes it's taking time but it will open within a week (they told me this sentence like two or three times). After lock-down being imposed in Mumbai, they told me that the bank is not functioning right now.
