No proper response
Employees will not care about customer issues
It's been 3 times that I have asked them to change the register contact number related to bank account which I cannot do through online or customer care and till now it's not been done

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst Service Of The Bank Staff. ATM machines also not in condition. It Has only one atm center and it's always out of service. I have Deposited 50k in the diposit machine, and the machine takes the amount but didn't deposit into my account. I had complain in the bank, it has been four days but the staff didn't even respond to my complaint. I am eagerly waiting for that amount. Please help if one of the staff member reading this review.
