Alotted me nav 5 days after money got deducted from my account as nav was low on my sip date and was higher after 5 days. It costed me 3 units in a month. Which would be 36 units in a year and 360 in 10 years. So I have decided to stop my sip after 1 month only due to their very bad support.
They even bloked me on twitter so that I cannot raise my voice. No reply on mails. Customer care executives also behave badly.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Though most of the reviews are on negative side, but I had a completely different experience altogether..though they are not generally accessible through phone, but when visited there office sometime in Sep 2021, the person at the front office was very customer friendly. He updated my KYC instantly and also helped to get a printout of NAV of my investment..even regarding redemption they have informed me the details procedure..keep it up!
