★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very poor service..they are less bother about your device if it is under warranty..very irresponsible..suggest all of u to not to go this samsung service centre..suffered for 1 month & after one month they told me that parts is not available..will take more time..

delay or rescheduling delivery date.they won't pack whole thing till u request them to do so. Beware they don't give back the cables. You have to go to them again to bring your cable.Very lazy staffs.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Rude staffs... They asked me give a replacement... The replacement product was unsealed but over the phone they confirmed it to be sealed... When I asked why is it unsealed at the shop they said it was opened to check... Above all the product was had a manufacturing date was 3 years old... The lady mentioned IF YOU WANT TO TAKE IT OR LEAVE IT... Is that the way one speaks to customer...?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Canon printer service center is filled with inefficient personnel.
I had tried the place twice.
The only reason they know to tell like a parrot, is its a 'cartridge problem' and replacing cartridges don't solve a thing.
Once, they told the problem cannot be diagnosed before replacing cartridges, and this they took 2 weeks to tell.they did not do anything till that period of time, i had already given test prints to them based on which they told this..and then had the audacity to ask for 'inspection fee'
The woman in charge of the place is the worst of the lot.
When after a week of submission i contacted them ( as they did not contact at all), she said, internal parts were damaged which needed replacement and the product was under observation for the same..
And when the actual engineer called, they said, that without new cartridges they cannot even begin to diagnose it..and hence the programmed response of the 'damaged internals' was totally false..why does canon employ such idiots one wonders..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Behaviour off the staff is good. But they have very little options for servicing. Can't understand why Canon is not providing spares for models which is/are only older 2/3 yrs. Use and throw philosophy is not always good. Even running model is not getting spares only because they sold those printers in lower price !!!!!!!
