★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Unholy business practice. Asked them to give ink(unknowingly) for my image class laser printer. They gave it at RS 460 but never said that laser printer needs black powder not ink
That very day I phoned them to replace ink or refund the price then they said that it was against their company policy- a totally false comment.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I got my canon g2000 repaired by the serviceman. He was very decent and professional. I was quite surprised at the service charge which seemed a bit hefty.

Not at all a good service center as nothing is shown to customer what wrong has happened to thier item, they take the product and find out the defects not in front of the customer . Later over phone they tell the customer about the defects and repair it. God knows what is the actual defects and make bills as they want . So there is no transperency regarding the service. Customer has to believe on them. This is totally a bad thing. Why the counter should not be wide and big ? Why the defects should not be displayed in front of the customer? Then the whole thing will be transparent. The customer will also be satisfied otherwise customer will think several times before going to the service center..
