★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A really customer centric service facility of Canon very near Parvati hill. Their repair times and customer handling is top notch. Once u reach the lane indicated on maps u can ask around and anyone will guide u to the shop.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Disappointing experience here. There was spot on the sensor for which I gave my camera for cleaning. I was informed after the cleaning was done that the spot is between the protective film and the sensor and that it is fungus. It is not in scope of them to clean whatever is between the protective film and the sensor. I wonder why are we paying the service charges if they are not even going to clean it properly. I was told that the spot can never be removed and I will have to live with it. Then I took the camera for cleaning from a local person and he charged me less than Canon Service center and got rid of the spot as well. To my surprise it wasn't even fungus but a part of the shutter fabric that found its way inside. I am surprised that authorised canon service centre is not capable of even cleaning the dslr properly. The only positive thing was the behaviour of the staff who were polite.

The store is good, functional, and does the work.
This is located little far from main city.
But that's fine, to service a camera it might take anywhere between a day or two.
Yes,this is authentic Canon authorised service center.
Good staff too. I didn't face any problem.
