★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This outlet at Andheri is right next to Western express highway.The canon service centre is at 5th floor.Very well managed system.You get the token number and have to wait till it appears on the screen.social distancing too is maintained.The staff here is very helpful however please note that the servicing turn around time will atleast take 25 days.They inform this to you in advance hence you can decide whether you want to go ahead.Ratish was very helpful.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Anand started off very politely and gave a very prompt service. He made me buy new expensive cartriges. Within 1 month, those cartriges stopped working. For last 1 month, he has been promising (3 times he promised) that he will send someone to get it sorted but he has not kept his promise. He now ignores my calls as well.
My recommendation is not to work with him because his first resolution is good but if something goes wrong because of his service, he will leave you high and dry.
In fact I was reading his reviews now and I can see lot of people are facing after sales issues...
