I have found excellent technical skills and great experience for the canon products. I would recommend to have Tez-x for their professional attitude and resolve problems proactively!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ These guys are fraud.BE CAREFUL BEFORE GOING THERE.. They charged rs.3000 for doing nothing. I was having some trouble in my printer as i have not used it for more than a year or so. I went there and they did nothing seriously nothing. As i am not from the technical background they told me a story that we have cleaned your printer's head and fix new cartridge which has been used completely in the process so we are charging you 730rs per cartridge without even having our margin we are so nice.. But now i have i have found out that my printer displays the information about every new or old cartridge used.. And when i confronted they said that we are regretting taking your printer at the first place.. & do not leave your printer there as they will do the same with you also...

Very prompt response and effective resolution of problems and most importantly, very genuine advice on what needs to be done. Best place to goto to service all Canon printers and other Canon equipment. Keep it up.
