★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pathetic canteen at New Rak OPD. Everything seems have half baked. Pao bhaji seems to be old bun served with potato subzi, not bhaji. Tea don't how old is served and how many times the same tea is heated to be served to public. Dal seems to have water more then dal. Doesn't know what the management of New RaK building is doing even after seeing such kind of food being served in canteen.
