★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Be very careful. They bid jobs then change the scope and ask for additional money leaving you hanging. Techs are sloppy when updating stores. Lot's of files leftover. Our sysadmin spent over an hour cleaning up after their magento developer. overall very poor experience.

With our original email to Capacity Web Solutions, we were a bit vague in our descriptions of what we needed...Hitesh followed up with examples of what he could provide and an extremely reasonable quote for the modifications. Very pleasing results! Will definitely be working with Capacity and Hitesh again!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hitesh and his team are awesome. Have used them for full website development to other smaller projects to fix my site and they are excellent. Used them for wordpress to facebook app development.
A few reasons why: 1) They give you what you want and if it isn't right, they fix it and not complain about it 2) They are reasonable in their price and bill you properly for time allocated 3) They know what they are doing. I've had complicated site development using various wordpress themes and while they may not be an expert on that particular theme, they figured out how to do the background and learn quickly 4) Responsive immediately. They answer your emails and troubleshoot. You're not waiting around for a response. 5) They find solutions. I wanted a scheduling app for one of my sites and the one I had found was way too expensive and they proactively found an inexpensive solution for me.
I have used upwork (odesk) and lots of other freelance folks and by far, Hitesh and the team are great. I have used them for the last 10 years on various projects and will continue to go to them and refer lots of people to them.
Bottom line - Capacity Web Solutions is a solid outsourced team who are professional, capable and get it done for you. Highly recommend them.
