★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of the best interviews I faced and one of it's kind. There was no table and chair and lazy interview.
Firstly, I was told about what they are doing, what's their strategy for a product and what they are looking for. They offered tea and made me feel comfortable.
I was then given a white board and a marker.
Then I was given a problem. The interview then rotated about how I would think deeply, systematically unknot tangles, choose between ways of solving, strategise, smartly guess how I'd keep clients health green.
Basically they are looking how you think. They are not looking at how much you remember.
Finally I was shown a walkabout of the office, facilities etc. They also told when they may get back.
Really liked the simple, to the point but effective interview. Looking forward to hearing from them.

Any customer / client taking there service should think twice cos one would put their organisation in trouble by working with them. MY ID is verified & I am company is SOUNDGLITZ . Used Capilliary service & can assure you they are not customer centric or even up to date in terms of technology.
