β β β β β Very bad , very very bad . My father ordered a washing machine on sunday , they promised us that the order will be delivered by wednesday , they didn't delivered . On Thursday morning my father called them and they told that ,they don't have that model and also told that to go for another model .

β β β β β Don't go by the choice provided by the shop staff. Check the review of the product in internet. Suffering with the choice of buying LG AC(dual inverter) as suggested by the shop staff. I was interested to buy Hitachi AC, shop staff insisted to buy LG AC(dual inverter), and now I am suffering.

β β β β β The worst. Yesterday I visited this place to buy a high range 1000 watt 5.1 home theatre with bluray player. They had only a few models of 600 watt in their store. The staff were very reluctant to respond to customers. They were busy with themselves. When I asked about the technical specifications of the few models they had, they could not tell anything. When I asked for sound demonstration, they were not at all willing to do that. Eventually I left the store without being given a demo.

β β β β β My first visit to this store as we urgently needed a washing machine and this store was kind of on my way that day. Staff were not bad I would say. But the behavior changes after sales.The day product got delivered guys who delivered the machine asked for money as tips from my mom. She was in middle of her puja so it was little inconvenient to access her purse so she kind of denied. But they were still asking for it she paid them 100 rupees.One of the guy said 100 for three person is not enough and they wanted more. This time my mom refused to pay.Their is no concern if someone ask for tip but if it gets inconvenient for others then they should not insist. Secondly, after sometimes a person called from Samsung for confirming the delivery by asking if we received the Refrigerator. My mom confirmed that its a washing machine not a fridge but he kept on confusing her. She is 65yrs old lady, I myself did all the communication with the sales representative called Mr. Bidhan Chakraborty related to payments and delivery so that she doesn't need to take any headache.But these people are soo unprofessional and in efficient that no such information were passed properly. I was planning to buy a fridge from that store but after this incident I don't think I will.
