★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The biggest frauds in the gurgaon area .. suddenly they increased the area by 20% after completing the construction . and now they are asking for more money .. on the plan the flat area is same as it was in the beginning .. biggest frauds .. the projects that were started much later have been handed over like adani .. and this one is still under construction

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Most stupid Builder, with poor sales and marketing team . Frustration of low or non payment of salaries is quite evident from sales/mkting team. no other company is ready to take them as they are with this project.
construction qlty is so poor, that aprt doors are made of cardboards. i had picture , i deleted it.
kitchen sink are so loosly fixed that a person of 75K weight stand on kitchen slab, the slab will fell down.

Utter nonsense. People should slap the company with a civil law suit and criminal charges of fraud and deceit.
