β β β β β Chilapata Green Resort is situated in Chilapata forest peripheri of Alipurduar. It serves the tourists coming from different places of West Bengal , particularly and other parts of India as well as of rest of the World. The scenic beauty of the surrounding area is very nice. One can have a comfortable stay here. One small conference Hall, one dining hall & accommodation of approximately 70 personns are available in this Resort. This is a good place for weekend stay & enjoyment.

β β β β β Location wise good if you like silence and want to stay away from busy life. There was parking place inside. The compound was well decorated.
But, service was worst. We booked 4 standard AC rooms online through MakeMyTrip for two nights. Though check-in time was 12 PM, we reached there at 5 PM on 1st Jan, 2020. But room was not ready and we had to wait and then 2 AC & 2 Non-AC rooms were given. After saying the matter to manager, thay told that it will take time to ready the required rooms as previous day was 31st December and all staffs are tired on servicing through late night. Moreover manager told us that they wanted to cancel our booking meaned we were lucky that they didn't. Ultimately we got our rooms at 7 PM but room was untidy. Liquor bottle/can and wastage of food packets were scattered here and there.
Intercom telephone connection was dead in all of our rooms. If you require anything you have to walk more or less 100 metres to go to the reception. All of the rooms do not have TV. Some rooms have but disconnected. Gyser was not working properly. Any Pukka bill was not provided by them. No security guard or gate man was there in early morning to open the lock of main gate, so we got 1 hour late to go to the jugle safari. There was generator but operator not found during power cut.
A Bengali movie actor immediately went away as he was very much annoyed with their services.
Only the cook (a very old man) was doing his duty and served good food.
I recommend to avoid this resort.

Hospitality is awesome.
Food is very homely , not much restaurant type full of spices.

β β β β β A great holiday place in environment... Beside the chilapata jungle... Super deluxe rooms are too beautiful than i expected... and bathrooms are too cleans also... You can also enjoy the sunset from your room... A delightful behaviour from the staffs, all staffs are soo polite & friendly... The foods are also yammyy and the room services are too good...

β β β β β Very beautiful place for staying one or two days in jungle area. Located in a peaceful place. Food quality was medium and also not very cheap. One may order veg or non veg both kind of foods. Rooms are well maintained and bathroom is cleaned. Both AC and NON AC rooms are available. I think the Price is little bit higher side. Also They provide guidance to Jungle safari.
