All staff's behaviour were sooo kind.
Food, food quality and taste of this hotel is amazing.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I booked a room for 03.03.21 & 04.03.21. On 4th afternoon a drunk boarded knocked to my room repeatedly. Once I reported this incident to the reception, one security guard came & warned that fellow. He then started knocking to my room repeatedly & started threatening me. This incident happened in front of the security personnel. I then called the reception & requested to change my room. The room was changed. Surprisingly, this incident wasn't informed to the manager & higher authorities. Staffs don't understand the safety of the boarders. Even no action was taken apart from only warning that boarder. This isn't a safe place to stay in.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The experience of staying at Capitol Residency was a pleasant one. All staff including reception, housekeeping and especially the restaurant were prompt and attentive to my needs.
A special mention of the food that makes the difference. The dinner buffet is at par with a 5 star.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The variety of food on offer is unmatchable. During my long stay at the Capitol, every morning I used to cherish the sumptuous breakfast, accompanied by prompt and courteous staff.
Rooms had the necessary amenities and room service personnel were good at their job too.
The Managers have friendly disposition and leave no stone unturned to make your stay a comfortable one.
Would definitely recommend for vacations, or just a casual meal at their restaurant, or even a drink or two at their bar.
