★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Caps is the worst company when it comes to chimney. After only 15days of use oil started dripping from the lights, instead of going to the oil collector. After sale service is pathetic, the technician came and put some paper over there to stop oil dripping but after 2days same problem. Caps claim they have got lifetime warrenty on their chimneys ???. When called the customer service, he said we cannot replace the product, then Lifetime warrenty is on what??
Please go for Kutchina. CAPS IS WASTE OF MONEY.
