It is not a corporate company like JSW Neo steel, Tata Tiscon, SAIL, etc. There is no way to communicate the company and very bad customer support.

Today, I make a phone for the query about the Captain Avator, but the lady who picked up the phone is quite rude. She disconnected the phone line. The rude behaviour of your staff is damaging your business as well as the reputation of our beloved 'Dada' Sourav Ganguly. I have dropped the idea to use Captain tmt bar.... First learn to behave properly......
