★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bought the car Grandi10 in March 2020, It was summer so not able to check Heater of Car ,in winters analyzed that Car Heater is not working at all, knob of heating up and down not working, had repair with mechanic that costed me 10k amount, complete bonnet need to be taken out from front to repair the heating resistance knob and blower. Seems like got cheated

RC transfer is still pending and its goinng to be 5 weeks. And please dont ask customers to check with RTO as thats not their job. They have made the payment on time and expect the things to get done on time as well. Your job is to not just submit documents but get it done.
And truth be told , even if the RC transfer takes months , you dont have anything to lose as you have already got your money.

The whole car buying experience was ok and nothing to complaint about. But the reason I am unhappy is because of the delay in RC transfer. Its almost 3 weeks and there is still no clarity on when will it be done. Please keep that in mind while getting a car from this place.
