After one Car service I have to think to go to other place for reservice.
No satisfaction after work done even more issues around.
For denting and painting work they give my car to third local mechanic in Gaziabad without my information and it is in evening I came to know when I back to get my car and car wasn't there. Too risky.. ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The are doing fraud at this place. Will ask fr a day and give your car in 3-4 working days and that too with incomplete work. And then they will ask u to come again at least 4-5 times to Get the remaining work completed. And yes regrading prices, they cost u a bomb for whatever u r going to get done. And that too total unsatisfactory work.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst Ever experience of car service! Don't even deserve 1 STAR . Feel cheated. The guys don't know the basics or car repair and claim to be experts. Can't even do the polishing properly. Even after sending car thrice - it came back in the same condition. Pushing it further, the manager gave up and said this is the best he could do. And Delays!!!!
Delivered the car after almost a month against a promise of 7 days!!!
And the job - shabily done!

They charge double price compared to any other good service centers.
I gave my car for normal service in the morning (Sunday). They quoted RS. 3,000/- for service and they said they will handover to me by 2pm, however in the evening they called me that they have not yet finished the work and they can only give by next day. Next day evening (Monday) I went to pick my car and they said that they have repaired the clutch and I have to pay Rs.8,347/- extra. So total bill was 11,347. I asked them why they have not informed about problem of clutch. Then they started using abusive language (like sala..). Very bad experience.
Request you all don't get it serviced from here

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was facing milage issues with my polo. Authorised service center guys were asking 35k. I got it resolved in basic routine service from Car X. Highly satisfied. Best service at affordable price. They listened my issues first and get all of them rectified. Best car service center around.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not recommended at all. They are only good for car cleaning , beyond that they are highly unreliable. I got my car serviced at their center and I am not satisfied with the work they did. Charges are very high , moreover there is no transparency. They will try to charge even for the parts which they have not replaced and more over in the name of original parts , they install local parts. For the A.C. service of my car, they told me that they had to open the dashboard and had to call external labor for the work. However, it wasn't the case. They charged me heavily for this work. I will not recommend them at all.
