I would like to give negative reviews but it's not possible...
It's really bad experience with cake shop not professional at all.. I ordered cake three day before.. They called me three hours before name can not be printed which is impossible.. And they asked me is it half kg or full kg... Such a Mismanagement really hurts in birthday event..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Choloate Truffle pastry and cake are awesome... We always purchase this flavour from Dhanori be. Also I have tasted Kekiz pastry and compare them Caramella's is the best... I recommend all to have a taste of it

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The delivered black forest cake instead of chocolate cake of 2kg. Upon asking they tried to explain it's a "soft chocolate" cake instead of an apology..
Cake quality was average.. was overloaded with cream and less cake.
Also they dint follow the instruction which was agreed upon.. our special occasions get ruined due to these bad experiences.

JUST WASTE OF MONEY.
This is the worst service I have ever received from any of the cake shop..
It seems Caramella is just a Brand name now..
They don't care about quality and customer experience..
They should change there staff in this outlet at least.
Normally we ordered cakes on special occasions and the staff and service had ruined everything..
I have asked for customized cake which is not at all expected and not give me the changes on which we are agreed.
They just try to convinced how the thing is good which he make and argued on the same..
Worst service..
