★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Service is too fast don't ask or listen anything while writing name on cake, half kg cakes start with 325 which is already high compare to other cake brands and they ask 2% extra with credit card pay, also bag is chargeable. Not recommended.

This shop attendent of Dighi Branch mentioned they have to charge 2% additional charges for use of credit cards. More interesting thing, for 3 pastries of worth cost Rs. 90 they charge Rs. 4 extra by use of credit card payment. Means it's not actually 2%, but 4.44% on cost of product. This happened yesterday evening. I havent noticed, but later just came to my mind, how come 2% of 90 will be ₹ 94/- !!!!

Cake is an important part of the celebrations.
If the cake is spoiled it can ruin your experience.
You may regret your decision and the customer service here is pathetic, they will put the blame on you but never accept their mistake.
