Then Mr. Mazhar Ali helped me a lottttt.... he shown me 1 finger ring which is his favorite... that is very nice piece... He conduct with me soo well like I know him for a long time.. He is very polite... next time if I will buy any diamond jewelry I will take from Mr. Mazhar... Sales is important but after sales satisfaction is more important.... sooo really THANKX A TON MR. MAZHAR ALI.....??

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went today with my today to gift her a ring. The staff and people in the store are very good in behaviour and clarity about everything. Also I’m happy with my purchase. But just for the store owner highlight I’m mentioning there is a lady working there with specs is very rude and unmindful in behaviour, she wasn’t even assisting me in my purchase still was going on commenting in a wrong way from back end. Which was really abusive and misbehaviour in her part which made my overall purchase bitter in the end with the store. So the less points in review. Every Caratlane store is same all over India and so r their sales people but we customers should be treated well always as we go there with eagerness to purchase something.
