★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I bought this ring from CaratLane Dwarka sector 12 store. No doubt the product is beautiful. I gifted it to my wife and she like it very much. However, I must say this was the first time I was in business with CaratLane and I don't think I have gained that trust to be in business with this brand in future. Specially for Dwarka branch. Mr. Rahul Shukla was the who worked their and helped me finding the ring from so many choices, he said I am getting the best deal from him but on the same day- after 3-4 hrs of buying that ring I got a text from CaratLane that the ring price is dropped by rs.1033 if buy it today. I was totally shocked and confused at the same time. I tried reaching out to the Dwarka store by calling them and explained everything. After so many calls and showing snapshot of the text from CaratLane he agreed to the point that company is misguiding the customers and actually not offering the scheme which they are advertising. He said he will arrange a call back from store manager Mr. Dinesh and he will let me know that what can be done. I waited for one day but no received no call back, so next day I contacted them again and then Mr. Dinesh was on call with me explaining everything to me what he understood about the issue and agreed to the point that for sure customer will feel cheated if such thing happens. And coming to the conclusion he asked me that what can they do for me. I simply replied I donot want anything extra apart from the discount for which I have received text from your company. That amount should be refunded do me and he clearly denied for that. Again and again he was asking me to tell what I want from them but same thing we're repeating as they were denying that discount. Finally I said ok fine. This was the first time I bought any product from this brand not doubt I have trust issue with this brand now. And for sure I will not be doing any future deal with CaratLane and he was completely ok with that.

They have been considerate enough to keep the store open even after closing hours so that i can visit and close the request.
