I was attended by the Executive pinky i asked for pendent set she attended me so very well with patience that I felt like buying an atlast made my mind to buy the necklace set superb is the word for pinky all the best dear you are too good the way you handle my expectations and query is mind blowing

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The store is under renovation though they have functional outlet on the upper floor. Variety of designs are available at the store at various price ranges. They have few schemes where you can plan for a purchase too. We met Abdul at the store who was really patient is handling our requirement and showed us lots of options without any fuss. Good options in case you want to gift your loved one.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They shut down before the closing time mentioned on their own website. We were looking for wedding rings but they make it impossible by closing the shop as per their wish.
Have ad hoc rules and 0 courtesy or value for customer time. We have come 3 days in a row and wasted our time.
We tried the Andheri West branch instead and it was fortunately a very different experience - Mrs. Shetty at that store made us feel at home with good customer service.

I purchased a bracelet as a gift from caratlane. I had a strict budget. They also assured me that if she didn't like the gift. I could return it for another product or. Money back. I was quite impressed with the flexibility.
When I gave the product to my friend, she loved it, but then on closer look, we found that it had a manufacturing defect. Please refer the picture.
I took it back to the store, on turner road, Bandra. There was a man named Kush, who looked at it, and asked me why I didn't check it before buying. I said because I didn't expect a tanishq / Tata brand to sell me defective products and question me this way. Some lady stepped in and said it was a manufacturing defect and they would repair it. When a factory made product is repaired, it shows, so I asked for an exchange. Same product. They told Me to pay 1000 rupees extra. As i said I had a budget and i was not going to pay extra for a fault not attributable to me.
I was surprised, and I asked why for the same product do i have to pay more. They tell me that it's because there is "unees bees" ka difference. If its a manufacturing defect, I told them that any cost should be to your account, as its not my problem, its yours. They started arguing back like crazy people. There were 4 people (all mask less) including Kush who started yelling at me in the shop saying it's policy. I said please shove your policy where the sun don't shine and return my money. They got even more offended and started yelling at me in the shop. I took the receipt.. Laughed at them. Told them to f@#₹ o*&.
The irony was that all this time, one of the employees was already writing an apology to a customer for a terrible experience. I actually told him, I see you are writing an apology, y do you want to write another!! That obviously cheesed his off even further.
Its been a week now. No money is returned. I will have to wait for 6 months for the money to come and accept the loss of interest on the money, while they get to keep both money and defective product.
Highly not recommended store.
