★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst service. They count them as a big brand but brand value zero . service zero . responsibility zero. I purchased one bracelet from caratlane and the very first day i wear its chain broke down.
Then they said they'll pick up that damaged bracelet from my address now it has been 4-5 weeks , no response no call nothing
I also started there pop up plan for 4000 per month they have time to call and ask for pop up amount but not for my querry..
So please don't buy anything from caratlane instead buy directly from tanishq showrooms

She also arranged a 2nd piece of the same bracelet since there was only one in that outlet. Had a wonderful experience. Gave my daughter toffee too. Child friendly people out there.

Welcome and customer friendly staff who are very courteous. Fifteen days return with no questions asked. Reasonably priced and latest designs. Only gold and diamonds jewelry. Worth a visit.
