So as any prospective buyer walked into their project to understand about community, there I meet a person by named Bhavni who didn’t even look at me & didn’t even wanted to know why I’m there for. He just told me there is nothing available. I was kind off stumped by his reaction. So I felt is kind of frustrated about something in life so I made an attempt to take the no of the developer from Justdial and contact someone who can give me some information.
Now I connect to a person called Paul. To my surprise he told me to go and see some villa No 5. As a buyer don’t I have the right to ask to brief me about the project and give me a approx price point??? All I could get from him was kind off in a polite arrogance “ you go and look if you like we’ll talk further”.
Now I could clearly understand the objective of this builder and his business intention.
All I can tell Carbon Developers is they lost a prospective buyer and not only that I would like to tell the management to please treat people with a bit of respect. “It’s a customer’s investment which drives your business forward”

I approached Carbon developers and felt that I had come across one of the best sales teams. I bought a 3BHK apartment at Carbon Cornerstone and have been so pleased with my decision. Their in-house team is so co-operative and transparent, giving me all details right from the start. The sale transition went on smoothly, all receipts for my EMI's given promptly. Most importantly, the project was completed on time within the budget. Having said that, they have made no compromise on quality, service and standard features. I will surely recommend Carbon developers to my acquaintances

The surroundings are tranquil and quite clean. It was great to work with Mr. Paul George and his efficient office staff. The registration went smoothly with no issues. A very reliable company with no risks.
