★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Visited the store with modest expectations but came back as an extremely happy customer. The staff was really polite and accomodating to all my requests as a seller. My case was handled by Saurabh and if given an option, I would give him 10 stars out of 5. It is good to see that Indian companies are taking customers very seriously. I have already recommended the store to atleast 5 of my family members and I am sure they will be visiting soon to get their work done. I would like to thank Saurabh and the entire Car Dekho team for their extremely brilliant and no hassle service. From Appointment, to Evaluation, to RC transfer, to Payment, everything deserves no less than 5 stars! All the best team!

Plus the customer dealing at motinagar location requires spl mention of Saurabh who even dealt with my case while he was on leave . Ok PICTURE ABHI BAKI HAI 2 SAAL SE JYADA HO GAYE INHONE MERI GADI ABHI TAK TRANSFER NAHI KARAYI GALTI SE BHI ADVERTISEMENTS K CHAKKAR MEIN NA PHASNA DONT SELL TO THESE UNPROFESSIONAL PPL... Overall great PAINFULL experience highly NOT recommended.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ BEWARE…Well I sold my car here in dec 2019 . Got better price as compared to others Butttttt…. I m still pending with my RC transfer . They sold my car to don’t know who … customer care is ignorant multiple emails have gone unanswered. Pl look somewhere else they bought my car for 1.7 n sold for 2 lakhs still they can’t provide any customer service. Imagine I have to live with a fear that someday that guy might meet with an accident and I will be held responsible. These guys have zero sense of responsibility SO THINK BEFORE U DEAL WITH THEM.
