★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This gym is really good. Aerobics, zumba, dance etc, Classes would keep the joiners sweating and support to carve out the body shape faster.
So, no more confusions regarding the workout plans, one can go with flow on the spot and feel the difference. Apart from above mentioned facilities, it also maintains quality atmosphere/services with cleanliness and providing refreshments, towels, hand sanitizer and dietitian consultations at the place.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst experience. No results. Poor service or there is no service if you don't loose some extra penny. They literally fooled me by guaranteeing losing around 5-10 kgs weight loss and made me pay the full amount upfront for 3 months. Moreover, they don't have any certified trainer / professional, all are around 25-30 age group youth, who themselves carrying their own heft. Absolutely no results and a waste of time and money. Indifferent staff who see customers as a job to be completed. they don't have proper staff, no hygiene, no record of whose is coming in / going out, they repeat same for max clients,
They r only interested in your money and cross selling once you pay they are least bothered. They have professional fraudster ladies who are good in convincing you and making more n more money from their clients.
I can just go on n on with the WORST experience I had every time I visited them. Please never go to this Gym, instead make a visit to RGEE Fitness, Pocket B, Mayur Vihar Phase II, Delhi.
