★ ★ ★ ★ ★ the service is very bad!! sorry yo say this but they called a senior citizen empty stomach for x-ray and made us wait there for more than 45 minutes . Reason for the wait was: unavailability of technician!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great place very friendly, welcoming and helpful doctors and staff. Dr Aparna is extremely understanding, experienced and professional. The doctor has got lots of patience to listen and undersatand your problem. She not only gives solutions to the problems but also tries to reach to the root cause of the problem. A good and comfortable clicnic for everyone. Very clean and hyginic place and supportive staff.
I'd recommend this place to everyone..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I stay out of Thane & required to arrange a home sample extraction for my Dad who suffers from Parkinson's hence has limited mobility. Sample collection was arranged for by Dr. Aparna's team at a very short notice, no words to thank her & her team. Especially when big names like Suburban Diagnostic failed in its duty cause lacked technicians.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pathetic. Went for blood test for my baby. At first they took the money within 5 mins after visiting the reception. They asked me to wait for 5 mins and then that 5 mins became 50mins. They dont have technicians available. They call technicians from outside. Better go somewhere else. I gave 2 stars as they have returned my money after 50mins without any chaos.
