They don't know how to talk to customers, thinking customers only job is to wait, no transparency, worst experience.

The ultrasound he was doing was not ready to tell anything.My MissCarriage case was a lot of things going on in my mind. I asked what is in it. He said my job is to test. Ask your doctor whatever you want to ask......

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ As the name CARE, they don't really care. You pay for the reports and keep waiting for the test to complete, even when you ask they would say max 1 hour. I have been waiting here from last 2hrs and still waiting. Staff don't even respond properly, like it's government hospital. I am paying for the tests and if I am paying, I demand better service. Even in this time, no one is concerned about Social Distancing, I didn't see single hand sanitizer here, no one to tell people to wear mask.

I recommend that plz do not visit this lab there is to many batter options available like chanan devi, ganesh dr path lab, even Shakuntala nursing home is more than batter

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pathetic service!!! I got my TMT done here but they are not providing report saying the Doctor is not available.
They took Rs 2800 from me which is Rs 500 costly from the rest of the market, but the service they gave was utter poor.
I advise people to avoid this diagnostic center at any cost.

No online booking for ultrasound, they said it will be waiting time of approx 30 mins. But we have to wait for more than 1 hour 30 mins.
Not very cooperative staff .
Would not at all recommend this place.
Although I don't think anyone from the management will care for this review, but for their reference
