Please don't blame the doctors. They are really good and are doing justice to their profession.
My feedback was about the FRONT OFFICE AND NOT ABOUT THE DOCTORS. I understand the waiting time if it was genuine and if you were maintaining a register and sending the patients in as per the FIFO method or as per the appointment but that is not the case. Please take a look at how Grow&Glow clinic is functioning. You will be able to understand better.
And please be informed that the investigations were done through your clinic and just to show the reports, I have waited for more than an hour on 2 occasions. The first time when I had to show the reports to Dr.Mohan, I did question why I am being made to wait for so long inspite of taking prior appointment but I did not get any proper response. Instead walk in patients were continuously sent in before me.
And with regard to the recent report, it was the same situation again and moreover though the report was generated on 18-9-2020, I was not informed abt it until I personally called up on 24th to enquire.
I would definitely show the reports to Dr. Sushmita and take her advice but not through Care. I would rather consult her elsewhere even if it means that I have to pay the consultation fee again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The doctors are really great, but the clinic management and staff are the worst. They will treat you well and allow you to consult on time for the first appointment but for the next visits to show the reports, even if you have paid several thousands for various tests through them, they will make you wait forever.
They don't maintain any register or token system. You are sent to the doctor if the receptionist wants to, not because you came first. Even if you have taken a formal appointment, the minimum waiting time is not less than an hour.
I was really impressed with the doctors and staff in the first visit, but after bitter experiences later, I would definitely recommend the doctors but not the clinic. Please consult the doctors in any other hospital or clinic, but not through Care, definitely definitely not through Care.
If you still need to consult the doctors through this clinic, please book an appointment through the Practo App, because then the clinic will have to adhere to Practo's commitment of refunding the consultation amount if the appointment timing is not met within a 15 min buffer.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst. Had taken a video appointment based on some ones reference with Dr Sushmita as my sis in law was covid attacked with 7months preg in native. The doctor does not seem to listen and she was in her own world. She was expecting us to give her a solution. She just nods her head and dropped off the video call in middle and even after many tries she did not connect back wrote general tablets and with a blood test to be done.
When we tried to contact back for showing the reports the person on phone/receiptsonist So called Lavanya shows off as if we are asking her property !! She talks on rude ways and sent us whatsapp msg saying the reports are fine !! Even when some of the parameters were high. She did not have common sense to connect us with the doctor !!
Being in a medical field I don't think such negligence will work. Better to avoid this doctor and clinic !!! Hope there was a 0 star rating for their service.

Highly recommended..
And clinic consultation charge is reasonable but medicines are costlier.
Negative point here is, if you visit twice in a week you have to pay consultation charge separately. If you want to show reports to Doctor, clinic will charge consultation fee.
I would suggest, clinic has to give free consultation within 15 days for same person and same disease.
And there is no laboratory facility, for each test they will send samples to other laboratory, so reports will get delayed and there is no scanning facility as well. They will refer to the nearest scanning center.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had wonderful experience meeting Dr Puttaswamy for my shoulder pain and for my mother in laws leg pain.
Doctor is very experienced , humble and honest.. which is very difficult to get in the world of money minded people.
Because of his expertise and sincere advice I am relieved of my pain.
Doctor does not suggest unnecessary medication , lab test or scan .. really very honest doctor and down to earth guy. Good thing is doctor does not suggest any scanning until and unless he is sure that he wants such test for diagnosis and curing the problem.
I highly recommend Dr Puttaswamy for any orthopedic related problem.
