★ ★ ★ ★ ★ After health check up i got my report after 1month and lots of follow-up.I have not received test report of my wife after 1month also, system showing appointment cancel and lab is saying they have forwarded report to care health team, My son , when I booked appointment and I visited lab they say they don't have facilities of child health check up and I contact customer care they simply close or cancelled my appointment.
Very poor service provided by care health team
