β β β β β I won't say, I had the great experience visiting this place, I feel lucky that I don't need to visit this place anymore. Although I must say Dr. Pachpute is a real humble person and a gentleman. He apologized for the bad experience of scheduling the appointment. These are few points where there's scope of improvement for Swraajya Multi-specialty Hospital
1. Professionalism: Staff definitely needs to improve on their professionalism while dealing with patients. Receptionist shall atleast have enough information about the availability of the doctors.
2. Infrastructure: There must be backup lighting system in any hospital and I don't mean candles or manual led system.
3. Pharmacy: Only 1 out of 3 prescribed medications was available at in-house pharmacy.
I've would have given only 1 star but rating this place with 2 stars just because Dr. Pachpute is truly professional and gave precise diagnosis. Thank you doctor.
