★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Doctor Smriti is great in what she does. Really thankful to her. My cat fell from a tree and had to undergo a surgery. It's been a month now. She has completely recovered.
Dr. Smriti is everything that you expect from a good vet. She is really kind and affectionate. Would 100% recommend. ?

Our dog recovered miraculously and is back to her frisky self with just one day's treatment. Thank you Dr. for your patience and empathy towards our voiceless baby.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The worst veterinary clinic in Bhopal. The doctor has no regards for the pet’s life. She just blames everything on the owner, instead of taking some responsibility. My friend’s dog suffered from multiple organ failure due to their neglect. They happily shook off their hands saying he didn’t die in our clinic.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This pet clinic is one of the worst in Bhopal. You will get a better treatment in a general hospital. The doctor killed my friends dog due to total neglect. She then has the audacity to blame everything on the owner. Be aware. She is a scam.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I took my cat there as he had a injury on his foot but the doctor did not even examine him and just took x ray and without any explanation put a cast on his foot. After a day his wound got infected and pus was dripping then i took my cat again there to which she put some ointment and put a bandage on the wound which made the wound worse. Later, i consulted the doctor at state animal hospital and there i found the remedy and my cat's foot was cured. Thanks to the doctors at state veterinary hospital.
It just took 3 days of visit at the state veterinary hospital and my cat is healthier than ever. While only of 2 visits you charged almost 2500 and my cat nearly died by your treatment as you could not detect the problem and made the case worse.Your every therapy just intensified the problem. You are saying i did not follow the instructions? Your treatment nearly killed my animal, he got healed in just 3 days by few doses of antibiotics without any dressing. If you would have examined correctly the first time instead of putting a cast then may be my review wouldn't have been this long with just disappointment. Please examine the animals with proper attention and treat them properly.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This veterinary clinic is no less than a joke. The doctor never seems to care, and does not treat pets as their patients but just a money-making machine. I regret that I didn’t check her reviews before taking my dog to the clinic. My 9-year old pug has had skin issues his entire life. This time it got a little aggravated and we decided to visit her clinic. She prescribed him heavy antibiotics without even checking properly.
For a month she milked somewhere around 15k without even checking if the medication is right for him. After a month I noticed that my pet is not his usual self and one morning he couldn’t even get up. When I got him checked at another hospital I found out his legs are paralysed due to the heavy antibiotics. After a lot of physical therapy, he was able to get back on his feet in the next two months.
One day he started vomiting out all of his food. When a doctor analysed his blood sample, he told us that his kidney and liver are highly compromised and weak due to the heavy antibiotics that were prescribed. I just couldn’t do anything. My baby expired that evening. And all I could do is regret the day we decided to visit her clinic.
She obviously didn’t take any responsibility. I hope everyone reads this review before visiting her clinic and does not regret it later.
