Right from the first call with Sachin and then follow up of my assigned agent Anjana, it was a very structured and prompt one. Anjana helped in all the queries and payment processing. The most prominent feedback I would give is for the nurse Reeta Bhatt who comes across as a very patient and experienced trustworthy person especially in dealing with elders. I’m using Care Giver services for my mother for the last 18 months and is extremely satisfied with Ms Mausami- care Giver.
She is very Caring, Matured and has Helping attitude.
At times, have to deal with Relationships Manager in times for Alternate Care Giver or any Payment Issues and has found no better than Ms Pooja Kamble.
Have found Ms Pooja Kamble to be very sincere, dots on time, Disciplined.

She was generally, polite soft-spoken and a caring person. My best wishes to her. Similarly, the staff Ms Kamlesh Kaur, a care giver was also nice, well behaved, soft spoken and caring lady.
