★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have known Archana for many years, having worked with her and been a co teacher with her in several classes. She has always been very conscious of what is best for her students. Her decisions always revolve around bringing out the best in students in a manner that is encouraging and motivating. Her students have greatly benefitted from her positive outlook and futuristic approach. Even in large classes of 60/ 80 students she has always found individualised and personal ways of programming her teaching.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mrs Archana Rathod is an integral part of my memories at St. Joseph High School Pashan. Her sunny disposition and attention to detail make her teaching style remarkable indeed! She taught me for 3 years including my last year at school when I was the Head girl.
She has always encouraged dialogue & participation among her students which not only made their learning thorough but also imparted essential life skils!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have known Mrs Archana Rathod madam, since my childhood, as she was my School teacher. As a child I was struck with her beauty, gentleness and the way she took her classes.
She's a wonderful and a strong woman.
As I grew on many occasions, I sought her guidance and counselling with regards to academics.
My personal experience with her is, that she is a very calm, composed and a non judgemental mentor. She's very good at her ways and techniques, very convincing, genuine and updated.
I would definitely recommend her as it's truly an enriching experience with her. She solves a lot of questions and doubts and helps in very clear and gainful thinking in choosing the dream and successful career.

She is an excellent teacher and has experience in the primary, secondary and college level.
