(Heart throb of young stars and professionals) Yes,m commenting coz was a infinite part of the consultancy while I joined as an HR executive ,Learned and did a lot of good works over there,recruited,screened,scolded,got scolded even,successfully accomplished professional goals. " Yes, MS. Balmiki was the person who made me whatever I wanted to become professionally there, guided me each and every step". Then comes my entire team, another wonderful senior person next to me was beautiful Ms.Saheli (the world class gossip queen ?) kutni buri.. U can get all world class gossips and enthusiasm from her....She is a very charming lady who can take u to the top, once u reach and try to cross her level, she will put you down of course in a silent and different way...just kidding ,healthy competition. . Yes, Interviewers stay aware of such over the top fishy sweet bebehaviors. Then ,coming to other team mates ,Bhavya Di is a very smart and intelligent member6, who will help you till the time u require in every possible aspects known to her, and yes all my juniors over there are entertainment packages with high skilled professional abilities and accomplishments. Loved wworking over there... Salary expectation : Don't expect anything heights, unless u prove urself in the first month and get close to the heart of the boss achieving silent targets.. Rest situation will reverse from then, and everything will provoke you to resign urself and get resigned. To work there after selection :@CCC, you will have to keep going with high potential ,never getting satisfied with ur performance, I mean to do better and best, this should be the moto strongly, achieve silent targets ,earn a lot of money extraa with your salary and enjoy work over there. U will get a lot of exposure ,extremely elite brands to work with all over India, top rated service industries....Rest, go there for an interview ,u will get to know. Coming to the owner ,Mr. Gurpreet Singh (A kind-hearted jovial and egoistic person) who wished very determined about his ambition and goals. If he sees potential ,he will grab you in his organisation and will keep on motivating and pampering you professionally,till you accomplish the company goals ..Being kindhearted ,he will give you opportunity but he is a strong willed man with harsh and strong words towards life, which can sometimes sound demotivating, maybe it is but u can't loose your focus. Egoistic, yes he is very rude with gestures and words sometimes if performance doesn't goes well repeatedly.He has a very high frequency of tone.. Don't get shattered . But yes, if you get scolded and u perform and then also u get demotivated and want to resign coz other pressures, he's only the one who will retain you in the organization by his motivating words. So, if you are ready to get ur pockets filled, learn professional endeavors, perform and achieve goals ,work with highly esteemed brands across pan India, have excellent verbal and written communication skills and of course bear all the above tantrums for the sake of ur fu#king career, yes, u are fit for the job. If u can give ur entire focus and labour for a small amount of fixed salary and high amount of desirable yet sometimes unachievable incentives , u can opt for this job. Office branches are in kolkata and Punjab. Yes, they accept diversities. I was the first transgender person, first trans female to work with them... (Ps: Silent targets sometimes are apparently parody ,my experience...Don't get carried away by them.Don't loose your self respect,if you think you are doing right and Situation is not in your favour, leave..Ur endeavour will be established sometimes later by closing away the contract by the client itself ) Don't worry ,better opportunities are also there ..
