I had my sessions with Ms Srishti who has always been really sweet and understanding with every little doubt of mine. I like how the career counselling is organised here as well, from psychometric assessment to the sessions to providing reports.
Im glad I contacted career monk and now have clear idea where and what I should go for. I'll surely be recommending careermonk to every one of my confused friends too!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I found my counselor to be very sweet and helpful. She listened as I explained my doubts and questions, and patiently answered them. She gave me information about different types of universities that would suit well for me and my aspirations, and even shared her own personal experience where it was relevant to what I wish to pursue (Psychology). Through these sessions, I understood scopes of various career paths, as well as what would be required from me if I pursued them. All in all a very informative session!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am a professional with more than 10 years of experience and having spent these years in business ecosystem, I have a fair idea of the work I have done and can do. However, I was lacking the motivation in my current job and growth was at a stagnation level. I did have an idea of my strengths and professional qualities, but I was not sure about how to use them in choosing a career path which not only suits my personality but also leverages upon my experience and knowledge.
When I met Srishti, it was quite insightful. The scientific methods indeed helped me in ruling out the options which seemed attractive in first place. She helped me in critically examining all the possible options which are suited to my personality and provided a set of career paths where I could work upon without taking drastic measures in my existing job. The sessions helped me understand where my potential can be utilized to the best of its capacity and the fields, where I can grow as a professional and person.
