★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The staff is not cooperative. In my case they took the sample and when I paid they did not have change money and they do not accept any paytm/electronic payment, so they made my money due. When I went for report collection, again they were not having change, and when I asked to arrange it they even shouted at me and said you should come with change yourself and we are not gonna arrange it and denied to give report. Further I had some coins so I asked if they can take the coins then they refused to take coins too. It was a matter of 50 rupees and they created scene just like anything. They are not even concerned about how important the diagnostic reports for a person. I really dislike the behavior they treated me, they wasted my time and energy just to deal with it. So I am giving just poor rating.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Apparently the best diagnostic centre in South Jaipur. The staff is meticulous and quick to respond. The medical team is headed by Dr. Dinesh who is a very kind doctor. I went for my covid test and the lab took all the precautions necessary. Thanks for taking care , Carewell

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very unprofessional staff and gready doctor specially Dr Mukesh Meena. I went for NT scan sonography for my wife and they did normal sonography saying that NT can not be done now whereas it could have been done. I asked him why didn't you do NT scan on which Dr Mukesh said "it could have done but we didn't do it". They want me to do again NT SCAN to get more money. I doubt their medical qualifications. Don't ever go there.
