★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I don’t want to give stars even, very pathetic service, I visited 1-10-18 for my problem and I paid Rs.250 consultancy charges as well. After that doctor has given me some test and the receptionist ask me to give 750 n I have given my credit card, now she is telling me that there is extra 2% charges on credit card. I said what charges. She know nothing but strict on that, you have to pay 2% extra. I said ok , it will come with the payment receipt then she told me that NO it will sow only 750. Come on then what charges you are taking. A big question on this 2% amount. Where it goes??? Now I can back and i wasted my Rs.250, I will go somewhere else where at least paitent will get treated without any cheating. I came back without any treatment today. Doctor need to change the staff or else’s need to teach at least basic knowledge or proper knowledge of payment.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I think everybody would rather wait all day for a Dr. that actually cares about the patient rather than waiting for the one who wants to get you in and out as quickly as possible. I met Dr. Vikas Mittal 2 years ago. He is a professional and caring doctor. He always explains the result of tests and the best treatment options as well as the side effects if they have any. He never disappointed me and has always being so nice. He and his staff are always friendly and concerned for my well being. Highly recommend Dr. Vikas - Carewell Family Clinic!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I'm very disappoint at all because of the service. I had done dressing my feet here. I bought them cotton strips, gloves and even after that they took 200 dressing charge.
The Behavior of all the staff was very bad and rudd even Dr. Vikas Mittal too.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very good doctor. I have been going to his hosp. Frm past 2 yrs for thyroid treatment. Must say he's expert in his domain. He has got great knowledge. Listens to patients, gives them enough time to understand their problem and excellent treatment.
