★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I bought my car back in 2015, and ever since i kept giving in the Authorized service centre i kept getting hight bill and i kept paying them, I was scared to handover my car to outside mechanics, I fine day I decided to give my car to service to the former Fiat service centre mechanic thinking he would get my car serviced well and the person landed up charging me a bomb, I had literally lost hope of getting my car back to being perfect, and then I came across CarOK, I can only say 1 thing they are brilliant, they took my car to their partner garage “Carizo” and the mechanical head Digambar did an outstanding job he literally got my quotation from 30,000 to as low as 14,000 he only said one thing “sir i’ll tell you when’s the right time to get these things done” this put my faith and i’ll now make sure my car will be getting serviced just from CarOk.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is my 2nd review. The 1st time I wrote a review, the owner called me and requested me to delete the review, and I did. He promised me that if i came the next time, it would never happen again. This is my opinion after giving these guys a 2nd chance.
Untrustworthy, rude, poor service levels and most of all, they don't know what they're doing. Here's what I went through.
The mechanic looked at the oil and said I need an oil change, I told him I just changed the oil last month and he got angry because I challenged his view, and he was annoyed that I challenged him openly and asked me to leave. They are running out of business, so they want to make some money by lying and cheating customers.
