★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Overall this school provides an excellent platform to achieve in academics with the well trained teachers and staff but, no justice was done to the complete amount. No canteen, annual trips and other recreational activities. They should also arrange for a school counseller who is an integral part of education system. But overall campus is pretty good and also I was able to excel in my boards. Hope to see a better Carmel in another 10 years down the lane :)

This school offered me a very good education to lead a dignified life.The faculty are so well trained to tune the students to secure good marks. I really miss my biology teacher CHANDANA MADAM, Carmel is really blessed to have her. She taught us what life is. Thanks a lot madam.
moreover i was shocked looking at people passing bad comments about this institution.... i would like to say that " No teacher in carmel is against students, they scold us to for our good being and they sacrifice their career for the well being of students."

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Carmel School is a very good school in terms of the academic knowledge it provides with the top quality teachers who have great knowledge of the subject. But in this real world people with both skills and knowledge succeed! Carmel fails when it comes to the personal development of a student! The sports facilities provided by them are very bad! They concentrate only on studies. There are no Science fests, tech fests, MUNs so on and so forth! This school is excellent if you are looking for only some quality education.
Edit 1: I have now heard that the quality of education at Carmel is going down! Many experienced teachers have left the school.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Maintenance of washrooms are just disgusting except for teacher toilet. But the way teachers from kindergarten to primary teachers, the way they teach the children is just amazing. When we parents ask the children something they are able to answer in a split of a second. This shows how much effort the teachers take. It's really a great school ☺

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am writing this review with heavy disappointment. We received lot of good feedback for carmel school and admitted my kid pre-kg. Due to pandemic, the classes are being conducted online.
I feel the school is not equipped to take online classes for the kids starting school this year. The kids don't have any idea of what a school is and the teachers are just another face in the screen. This requires them to engage the kids heavily through innovative props etc. What I instead see is that college style lectures being delivered without much interaction with the kids. Also, they are not taking in to account who is falling back or needs attention. Its all dumped on parents. These kids needs to be engaged 1 on 1 sometimes from the teacher but that rarely happens. Few kids who are smart enough to repeat what the teacher says is brought in to limelight. I am not evaluating the competency of the teachers because I am sure they have decades of experience teaching kids but they are just simply not equipped to take the teaching online for these little ones.
I am giving the benefit of doubt to see how it progresses the rest of the year, if it does not improve then i will have to shift his school since there is no real learning happening. They need to understand that they have to prepare the kids for the machine learning era and what can be repeated will be replaced by a computer.

Sure it doesn't have any other sport facilities or fancy things like a swimming pool or a basketball court or anything like that, but it has been my second home for the last 10 years and it has earned a special place in my heart...
