I am sharing my today's experience & review about Arti.
1. Water was not available in the washroom and
We are paying money to you and you should give us these basic facilities.
2. Hall was not cleaned and food were spread in the seats.
3. Air Conditioning was not upto the level.
We are visiting and paying you money. Therefore you should take care of these facilities. I was quite disappointed after watching movie in ARTI CINEMAS, DURGAPUR today.
I will try to avoid watching movies in ARTI CINEMAS, DURGAPUR from next time advice relatives for the same.

Lots of improvement on to the basic infrastructure of the cinema hall is required. Such as :
1. Clean washroom with water supply, throughout their show time
2. Clean floors of the hall
3. Huge improvement in sound quality of the speakers.
4. More comfortable seats.
Since we spend so much of money on these movie tickets, we expect to have atleast above basic amenities. Moving forward I won't chose this place in future, even if it provides cheap tickets.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Although it is a new and modern multiplex theater at durgapur, but will disappoint you. When you go to watch movies in theater, it will ruin your moovie viewing experience. As the projector screen brightness is too low. Not only this theater carnival at City centre, above big bazaar also have the same problem
However the theater is good and modern, good maintainance. Staffs are good and polite.
