★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Seeing the stars given in review, I tried to get my car serviced through carpathy. Today its more than one and half month my car is still not serviced and no particular answer is provided. Calling carpathy transfers the call direct to the mechanic which is not providing satisfactory answers. Just says,"we are doing". I don't understand what they are doing. Terrifically pathetic services provided. Don't recommend to anyone to even try carpathy for services. I would have given the rating in minus if option is there. In this time log a completely new car is installed and delivered.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fantastic service done by the company. On time pick up and delivery as well. Work done on my Volkswagen Polo was as good, if not better, than dealership workshops. Great work Carpathy.

Wanted to share the most pathetic experience in car servicing so that no one makes the same mistake that I did. My car was picked up from my house and before it reached the garage, I was told it was hit by a bike at the rear. I was assured that the car will be fixed perfectly, however, 4 days later, it was brought back for delivery with the rear of the car still not fixed. The delivery person said it was hit by an a speeding Ecosport (not sure who is right). It took them 3 more days to bring the car back and even now the rear is not fixed properly, tail light and sensors are not working, interior was not cleaned properly. Now I have to pay more than what they charged for servicing and cleaning to get the rest of the car fixed

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My maruti suzuki wagonr having some battery issues. After discussing it with my friend. He recommended carpathy. I was reluctant at first and then i decided to pay a visit. After talking with them for half n hour i decided to give them a try. They did some work on my car's battery and now its working as new. Thank you carpathy. Highly recommend.

I have given my car for service and once side shocker need to replace.they peoples have just distroyed all my suspension system and proplem is going till now.
Pls do not give them your car.
