No patience to talk and/or provide any details in regards to Carrier ACs. The representative just hung up on me whilst i was asking them questions in regards to the same. I wouldn't trust em with their services.

Very unsatisfied with carrier air conditioning, they took the advance & then says the part u required is discontinue by OEM, then how u gave the rates, till advance is not been return after half month..management is too poor to manage clients no one to hear the query's.

Excellent product, especially their Toshiba range is very energy efficient and low on notice level. Service experience till date is also good. Never had any spare part requirement although as the product is working great.
