★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cars24 do not offer best prices as they show in advertisements. They will first quote a lower price and if you agree they will give that money. But if you don't sell , they will increase the price by 15000 to 20000, Which is unprofessional. So try your luck. Sell only if you are feel satisfied with price.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ You can take an appointment on the website to the nearest cars24 office but you will have to wait in line to get.your car evaluated.i went on a Sunday so it could they were short staffed. Be sure to read the FAQs on there website and you will understand the process.
All that's left is.for.them to look at your car and quote you.
3 stars is because there was no dedicated parking and 2hour wait time for your turn is too much and then there is the time required for the valuation. You might have to visit on a week off.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had heard about cars24 in the tv ad and also through some of my friends. Decided to try my luck to sell my car. Had visit two times as the number of vehicles getting inspected was high. Second day I could complete the process. They dig a very thorough checking of my car. It was impressive to see technology being used in the right way. Hundreds of Photos of car was taken and uploaded on the app. Finally the inspection guy took the car for test ride and completed the inspection. I got a report also about it. I didn't find any section where some more information about the car could be provided.
Overall impressed with the process adopted to inspect and sell the car by auctioning.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I sold my 2013 Ritz ZXI at Cars24 at Malleshwaram, Bangalore today. This was a pleasant selling experience. I had booked an appointment earlier. I was reminded thrice regarding the appointment which was a little intrusive.
After reaching the Cars24 office, I was given the details of the process in quite a professional way. An evaluator was assigned to my car. He verified all documents and inspected the car's exterior, interior, AC, audio, etc. He took the car for a kilometer-long drive. Then he generated an inspection report.
They fed the car's details into their system. In about 30 minutes, an OTP came to my phone. After entering the OTP in the system, it gave me the highest bid amount. They informed me about the service charges and asked me if I would like to go ahead selling the car.
The bid was about ₹20K less than my expectations. However, it was a lot better than the value offered by another second hand car showroom. So, I decided to sell it.
They sent a link to my phone through which I entered my bank account details. They verified the details by depositing one rupee token amount in my account. When I verified that the token money is credited, they deposited the complete amount in next five minutes. They also checked if my car had any fines for traffic violation. If so, they would deduct the fine amount.
I signed all documents related to transfer of ownership. I handed over the car's RC, insurance and keys. They also took xerox copies of my PAN and Aadhaar cards. That was it.!
It was a hassle free experience. It took about 90 minutes end-to-end. I would be happier if I got the price I expected. But since I agreed to sell at the quoted price, I cannot complain about a low offer.
I don't know how the ownership transfer will go. I shall revise this review in next 6 months.
I am editing this almost on 10-Dec-2021, almost 10 months after the sale of the car. About two months ago, I tried to update the car registration details on my MParivahan app. I found that the owner's name has changed. That ends the whole transfer of ownership in a decent way.
