★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst place for selling cars. They give very low prices of your good-conditioned cars. Just they are doing business and remember they are Brokers. So always purchased party will never give you best rates when they are going to sell your things to others.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They say we get best price for our car, which was not correct in my case. They say they inspect customer's car and evaluate, however we never get that evaluation report and what basis the price are defined. I got way better price in the market then what they provide to me. Precisely 62000 more then what they offered me!
They say they upload our car details on their portal and the buyers bid then they sell our car to the highest bidder. But the process went, I have heavy dought what they say about this process.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been here twice in the last six months. Its a small office located off S G HIGHWAY..they have a very good and efficient way for valuation of your old car. They auction ur car online and sale can happen right there of you wish and agree to the price. Staff is good. They explain you the process well. Very reliable and professional way of selling and buying used cars. Overall a good experience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolutely pathetic from cars24. They inspected my card gave me price after 1 months. And when I went to sell the car they say inspection report is different and all. I don't understand why would be inspection report different if the car hasnt been drove for 100 k.ms from the first inspection. They only waste time of people . Sell car with local vendors. Never prefer cars24. Should have 0 or negative options for ratings. Would definitely give them-100 stars.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ You schedule appointment for car inspection, and then pray to God that they visit your place.
I booked appointment based on the slots available on their website and then kept waiting for 3hrs hoping they will turn up. When they did not I tried to reach them only to hear 'ohh, no body came? Let me transfer your call to the Manager who handles inspection team. Only to hear after being on hold for 2 mins that his phone is busy'. Soon after, I received another msg asking me to reschedule my appointment for next day. My advice, do not approach them if you want to sell your car peacefully.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's of course a good place to sell your car and the staff members are caring and courteous. I visited Cars24 on 26th Dec 2020 for the inspection and auction price which was done for free. Although I got extremely low price for my car and I didn't sell it, but the way I was treated was really nice. To sell your car to them or not is your decision but I advise anyone who wants to sell his/her car to visit this place once for a thorough inspection and auction price.
