About Carzonrent India Pvt. Ltd.
Having done his graduation from Hindu College, he followed it up with Post Graduation in Management from the Faculty of Management Studies , Delhi University . A major part of his initial working years were within the Automobile Industry . He held various positions at senior levels in Sales and Marketing with industry majors like Hindustan Motors before moving to Travel Industry . In the travel industry he can be credited with being instrumental in the growth and expanded reach of global car rental brands in India. As Head of the Car Rental Business with International Travel House , an ITC group company he was responsible for expanding and turning around the Europcar Brand in India. Having successfully established this segment , he went on to Head - Sales for all travel segments at Travel House reporting directly to the Board of Directors. The entrepreneur in him saw an opportunity in working with the world's largest car rental brand, Hertz and in 2001 he set up Carzonrent (India) Private Limited with a team of like minded professionals. The company was appointed Master Licensee for Hertz International in this region. A hands on professional in this segment he spearheaded the expansion of Hertz in India and in a short period of 4 years has taken the organization to the # 1 position in Car Rentals in India. Having established a strong core team of professional managers, he now spends more time in taking the organization into its next level of expansion. Primary focus is on building Carzonrent into an integrated passenger ground transportation company through expansion of the services portfolio into Self Drive, Fleet Management and Low Cost Taxi Services.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The chauffeur's that come to the Airport to pick up Emirates Passengers act in a very roudy & loud manner. The best part is that their supervisor the one who came today 'Vishal' was also rude in conversation. Very unprofessional staff.

This is the worst kind of customer service that one could possibly offer. They are ROBBERS and just want to rob money out of you. After returning the car and having assured that our Security deposit wont be deducted. They deducted the security deposit after 15 days and on calling their customer service people were so rude, pathetic and uneducated.They wont even confirm that they have deducted the money by mistake. They would just say that they will get back to you in 3-4 days which they never do. I had to file a dispute against them to make them return my money. And they did not even send apology email or message.Never ever trust them. They have no humanity left and are just after your money. Their staff could not be worst than this. NEVER USE THEIR SERVICE !!! or if you do be ready to lose your security amount as they dont have any intentions to pay it back.

We are very disappointed on carzonrent - Delhi service on Booking ID 9104532 . I received the confirmation on 30th Jan for 6th Feb booking . We request the vehicle at 10 am. I called Carzonrent at 8.30 am . Neha from Carzonrent said will send the vehicle details another 10 mts time. But we didn’t receive the details. Again I called at 9.30 am , same reply. When I call 10.05 am Still you were unable to give the vehicle details and your saying vehicles are not available. We have reserved vehicle 5 days before & your unable to provide the vehicle details & Unable to send a vehicle to us. What is the purpose of booking your vehicle in advance? According to your confirmation you were suppose the send the vehicle details 2 hrs prior. You should check your facilities and should inform the passenger 1 hr before of your vehicle status. We called thrice. Third time only your saying vehicles are not available. At that time booking time also passed. Carzonrent customer service is very poor.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Extremely bad experience. I would never ever recommend their service. Yesterday I took their taxi from Delhi airport. On the way the driver denied to go to the destination we paid for. He said he would drop 5 of us (including a sick mother) somewhere he wanted. He shouted very loudly with us as if he would eat us alive. When I said I would complain, he said he himself was a supervisor and he would not 'fear' complain. What an experience to start the journey of your country when someone from other countries lands at airport and has to deal with such taxi driver.
