★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My earlier opinion about Palawa was very bad. My one of the best friend was cheated. He bought home with hard earned money to end up into a house with very bad layout.
But second time when visited to other friend's home, it was a turn around!
His 2 BHK home was with great layout, well spaced and with good amenities.
Ambience was superb. The kind of roads, gardens, and facilities provided, is really attractable.
Apparently, club house looks like small for such a big population!
Only draw back is the approach road! Kalyan Shil Phata road is already to congested! Should be improved.
