A multimillion dollar company And World Class Manufacturing (WCM) Certified company.
It also holds an industry benchmark with ISO 9001 , ISO 14001, ISO 18001, and ISO 50001 certification .
This plant manufactures Loader Backhoes, Vibratory Compactors, skid steer loaders, and Motor Graders.
Other machinery which is not produced can be imported from their other plants in the region.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ i had purchased vibratory compactor & CASE770 loader backhoe 2 months back.initially the complaint was with the front tyres of the back hoe & had lodged a complaint to the company.Though I had a genuine reason I did not get a replacement.Second was the problem with the brakes the whole system was replaced by the company .Third I had a problem with the exhaust it was solved by the company .Fourth there was a heavy leakage in the fuel tank, it also had some particles from the packing which was rectified by the technician & was solved.
The Machine is now fit with kirlosker engine,due to less power now the technician says the engine has to be removed & sent to the company.
I have just done 250hrs i will advise to all the PWD contractors to never buy the back hoe loader.Havent used the vibratory compactor wonder how many problems i may have to face with that one.
Would like to thank the service team who have always attended on time. Quality wise I would give a 0 on 10.

I am facing countinous problem by this machine.
From the beginning,
1. With in 15 days of my new machine my New tyre got puncher and when we opened the tyre we got Packed of Vimal, rajshree which teared the tyre in the new machine 770 by case. Still I am asking for my reimbursement for the tube.
2. Within 4-5 months of new machine my diesel pump stopped working after waiting for half of the month my problem got solved.
3. It's almost been 1 week or more that the problems are not solved and they stop answering the calls.
4. The problems reported with in the warranty time , they come when the warranty is over and then they say that warranty is over sorry couldn't help you when I said I had complained 20-25, days ago they say we don't have record I showed them the complain no. everything they denied to solve my problem.
5. They will only help you till you are interested in them if you complained about their services or anything they will start ignoring you.
I have purchased Case 770 Kirloskar Machine on 26 March 2019 and few days ago my machine is out of warranty and the problems which are reported before the Warranty date they denied to help me and when they heard that I purchasing a new machine they started calling and acting like they want to help.
I seriously recommend everyone don't purchase this machine.
They don't have proper arrangements with kirloskar and they will just hang you with your problems they are just interested in selling machine not in service.
